Amazed and appalled by all the new posts about Biz82222 and Al Krauza and Jim Ferras.

According to the posts in other threads, Biz82222.com is the new name for Biz Calling Cards. Or at least a new business launched by Al Krauza and Jim Ferras ( or Peter Ferras depending on what bio you read ).

A quote from the other thread that I think is very

HI Abel...

You are correct and I apologize for not replacing the initial $400 commission due Ken and the aditional $495 to you...
as it was on the accounting desk but we were waiting for funds to clear to do this.... The intention was there but the funds were not....

If you give me your banking info, I will transfer $995 to your account this weekend....
Regarding the credit card reinbursements... I suggested that we handle it from the company rather than thru the credit card processor..I am still willing to do this... I know it will be much faster....

It has been a very hectic few weeks...... and I will fulfill my promise... but the funding did not allow... I will do it now..let me know if you want the transfer or a check.....

I look foreward to your response.....

My original thoughts, because this is disturbing on so many level:

Al Krauza says "It was on the accouting desk, but we were waiting for funds to clear"  to pay back 995.00. That NINE HUNDRED AND NINETY FIVE DOLLARS. What kind of company doesn't have the funds to pay back someone they burned, for 995 dollars. Wow, everything that has been posted here has come to fruition. Thanks Abel, sincerely, for posting your experience. I respect your original opinion

For anyone else who has not followed the wreckage of company after company, and complaint after complaint I highly suggest you visit this post regarding Al Krauza and Jim Ferras and their Better business rating, and then do a Google search and visit RipOffReport and other sites for more info before you lay out a single dollar - for two guys who apparently can't come up with $995 to pay back a devoutly religious man who apparently defended them up until he got burned himself.

Way to go Scumbags. Keep up the good work.

Wow. If the funds were not available to pay this person the $995 they were owed, how did every other rep in the company get paid their commission?
Was "Ken" the only person owed a commission? If so, that's not a great snapshot of the business. And if not, and they couldn't come up with a measely $995, that's not a great snapshot either.
I suspect there are going to be a lot more complaints posted before this month is through.

I hope your wrong about these guys.

All I know is this, I came in for $295 in November 09 and signed up 3 new reps and 1 drycleaner.

All 3 of my reps are doing well and got paid more than they ever made with our previous mlm ventures together (including monvia, herbalife and pre-paid).  I actually earned $1400 in past 3 months.  I see my dry cleaner guy once a week and he is very happy with is system.

I simply don't see how anyone can get hurt.. I was just notifed that they now lowered the entry fee to $50.  Why would they do that if they are trying to rip anyone off.

I never met jim or al personally but heard them on conf calls and i am comfortable with my position and earned income.  Anytime i can turn a $295 into $1400 is good business with happy clients and reps.

I can tell you this... i lost a tone of money and time with monavie and never made over $200 total in 5 months.

So.. i'm game with these guys.

Actually, very excited about new lower fees.

God Bless.
