BizCallingCards.com ( or bizcallingcards.biz ) looks like the same deal, just a different pitch as adcalls.com.
My first question, if anyone knows, why does Peter James Ferras now go by Jim Ferras?
Second question. How does anyone accumulate so much bad publicity if they are doing such a great job?
Third question. Why so many companies in as many years?

They have not paid many of us in three months but they sure keep billing my credit card. The last check I received was signed by hand! How can a company be so good with supposedly 6 years of R&D and $8 million invested and a "state of the art 10,000 square foot data center in Santa Ana, CA" (which, by the way, they are merely tenents and they have maybe a server or two in there) not have automated biling and payment?
If there are so many reps and they are so strong and Jim Ferras / Peter Ferras / James Ferras is such a great and innovative leader why is his name now removed from their website?
I've spoken to many reps with big downlines that are about to sue them and unleash a flood of bad press. It's unfortunate because the product has potential. A guy I've never heard of took over as CEO. His name is Tom Rubin and he is some type of investment professional in Irvine. But I don't think he has any MLM experience but he seems to understand business. But if he keeps Jim Ferras and Al Krauza around he is going to lose a lot of money.

It appears now 4 months after bringing on board the "new investors" that the people brought in to save us have just learned they too were scammed. It's a damn shame because the product has no rival. The product is one of the most dynamic and powerful marketing tools ever introduced to the world. It's a sign that there is a SATAN. There must be, to produce such evil. Jim and Al has exactly zero conscience. They both have chronic liars' stutters and shakes. Psyh 101. No one speaks the way they do and is not full of crap. I believe that BIZ has been given to us, by our Heavenly Father. You see, this is a gift, a gift that I believe we all need to understand. I am not here to preach or try to convince you that this is a "Christian Thing" or "Heavenly Appointed" assignment. What I am here to tell you is that God has given us something and we should treat it as such. It has been about a year since BIZ was first started, and we all have had our up and downs with our company. Al Krauza has made many sacrifices in order to come as far as we have come, and many of the corporate team have experienced similar circumstances. We as Distributors have also sacrificed and experienced huge frustrations. So huge in fact that many have left BIZ because it was not up to their expectations. But, you see I think that BIZ' destiny in OUR hands, That we can make it or break it! Because I believe that God has given us this great opportunity, because He has given us the ability to change lives' and to literally change many people's and business' world's, then I believe we should start to treat it as a Gift from God and to start to care for it as any of God's given Blessings should be cared for; That is, our spouses, our children, the food we eat, the homes we live in, the money we have, the cars we drive, the schools our children go to, our health, our peace, our happiness....then why not for the company we represent and work for. Why should we not pray for our company? I for one have been guilty on more than one occasion for not praying for our company. Stand with me in prayer. Pray to God for this great company's success, and God will receive the credit for it, as He always should and as it should always be when He cares for us, His children. 1) JIM FERRAS And AL KRAUZA IT'S ALL FUN AND GAMES UNTIL SOME ONE LOSES AN EYE
Jim Ferras (not his real name) and Al Krauza have been Master Ponzi's for a few decades now. Their latest Ponzi is a Mother. They have changed names from Ad Calls to Biz Calling Cards and duped a new set of investor/partners (we can refer to them as Peter) so that they can pay us the distributors (Paul). Except they don't even pay Paul. These two partners in crime are so blatant that they actually robbed their own partners (peter) by billing all of their Biz Calling Card distributors through an old Ad Calls account. They did so knowing the charges on distributors accounts would say ad calls instead of biz calling. By my estimation they walked away with roughly $35,000.00 on just that one move. On one occasion I called Al Krauza to make sure my check was in, he said yea come and get it, so I drove down to the office. Only to catch him trying to run out the door. I say "AL whats up with my check" he says "what check?"On top of this I literally came upon a BOX 3 ft by 3ft full of NSF checks and letters from disgruntled distributors. Sad thing is most of the letters told stories of just wanting the money back and they would have forgiven them. ( see Ripoff Report for the rest )

The subject of this Rip-Off report is a con-artist by the name of Jim Ferras (Ferris Pshulic), a Muslim native of Checnya. He has bilked investors to the tune of several million dollars by setting up Delaware corporations, telling the investors of fantastic inventions or products that seem to never materialize, organizing multi-level marketing Independent distributors to take orders for products that are most of the time never shipped, collecting the money in advance,paying the distributors for a while to get them hooked after quitting their daytime jobs to "build their dream", then pulling the rug from under them by bankrupting the corporation, moving to another town and starting all over again.....he personally burned me to the tune of $5 1/2 mil in earned commissions...I was informed of this confidentially by the MLM plan computer programmer. Several attempts have been made to sue and "pierce the corporate veil", but he manages to hide all of his assets out of the country, some in Russian Banks. NuWays, NuDreams, CouponsMan, AdSavers, MyAdSavers, AdCalls, BusinessTalk360 and now the latest invention AdCallsTrainingSite.If their just was a way to put a stop to this madness by two individuals Jim Ferras and AL Krauza that basically walks on people I would be the first to sign up.I tried the BBB and the FTC, I guess the next step would have to be the Attorney General's office, but that requires a whole more names than we are able to come up with at this time.I myself have been cheated for more than $100,000 over the past four years and has been promised God knows what by both Jim and AL, they are however good at what they do selling a dream leaving out that the dream they are talking about is their own dream.

What is truly amazing is that people will continue to follow these guys from deal to deal to deal.
Or, will use the Internet to do some due diligence, research them, find all the negative info on RipOff Report as well as other sites ( just do a Google search for - "Jim Ferras" scam - and lots results will pop up ) and yet will put time and effort and money into whatever the new deal is they are promoting.
One of the benefits of of being such a smooth operator is apparently being able to look someone in the eye and explain away all the negative publicity with excuses like "There are always disgruntled customers" or "Those are pissed off ex employees we had to terminate, its all fiction" and so on.
A few months or a year from now, when whatever these 'challenges' are have potentially imploded yet another company, those same people will be posting their complaints and another set of gullible victims will be listening to new excuses and emptying their wallets yet again.

I am one of the recipients of this e-mail, and I know this writer personally. He and I have had a converstion about this e-mail that was sent to over 200 people in his downline. I was a little confused as to why he would write some noble and "religious" things about a company that seems to be stealing peoples money, and not honoring the agreements made with the distributors.
He explained to me that he truly believe's that God has placed him and all of us together to indeed do great things. That we all have the ability, to include krauza, ferris and the biz staff, to pray for those things in our lives that God has given us. He went on to say that if we violate any process of this gift, then we risk losing this "blessing".
He went on to tell me that regardless of what has happened or what ever may happen with biz calling cards, we have all come together and have had the opportunity to get to know one another and become friends as a result. He is thankful for the associations that have been made through this vessel.
But, with that, he said he will continue to achieve his dreams and goals in his life. If biz cannot fullfill its agreement, and be the vessel that he will take, then he will get off it, and seek another vessel. A vessel more worthy. More reputable. More honest. More capable with and by its members.
He has assured me that he will be the first to admit that God did indeeed annoint this business, but if this company does not honor its agreements, then they will lose this annointing now and for what ever else these people will pursue. To include him, and everyone he is able to tell to leave biz, together for something that is true. To continue in a buisness relationship with all of us.
I was really surprised to see this posting and after telling the writer about it he was pretty upset to think that any biz staff member or owner would use the writing as damage control. This is probaly another example how these people';s manipulation has and is causing so much damage and disappointment. I think their hurting themselves by hurting others and they will have to live with the consequences of their actions by losing some great people, and never being able to do business again. Too bad.

Al, as of yet, I have not received your "promised" word that I am to receive re-imbursement monies that were paid to Biz Calling Cards from my credit card,($995.00) i.e. being charged for a vacated position, which was charged for three months, (not to include the four charges on my credit card for the month of September) when I was only obligated to pay only once, which includes re-imbursement for the payment of that position, of which I agreed to pay Ken the $400.00 commission that you never paid him, after several attempts by Ken over a two month period, being promised that he would indeed be paid the $400.00, which he never received from you.
But I did, however, agree to pay him those monies, from the $995.00 that you "promised" me you would pay, giving Ken closure, as a matter of principal, but that also never occurred.(Al, you stated on October 12 that you would reimburse me the $995.00 that I paid for a position, and I agreed to pay Ken the 40% commission of $400.00 for the acquisition of that position, even though there should have been no charge for the assumption of that position, which you agreed to, and as of this date, you still have not honored your word.) Al, as of today's date, the dispute with the credit card companies is still not resolved, and my wife continues to "battle" with these companies disputing those unauthorized charges by Biz Calling Cards. Even though you did agree to "wipe" out those charges at Biz' end, my wife did not trust you to have those credit card numbers in your possession, fearing that Biz Calling Cards would charge our cards, again! Obviously you requesting those numbers to credit is a reflection of your discovery that we removed our credit card numbers from my back office(s). So, in closing let me say this: As a man and child of God, I prayed and I believed that God has anointed this company and even was willing to stick my neck out to defend you when no one else was willing to. The relationships that were forged as a result of this union will live on, forever. For that I have no regret. Al Krauza says "It was on the accouting desk, but we were waiting for funds to clear" to pay back 995.00. That NINE HUNDRED AND NINETY FIVE DOLLARS. What kind of company doesn't have the funds to pay back someone they burned, for 995 dollars. Wow, everything that has been posted here has come to fruition. Thanks Abel, sincerely, for posting your experience. I respect your original opinion of these two, but it really takes a man of ethics and virtue to post when his convictions change.
Very sorry to hear about your experience with this company. It's idiotic for Al Krauza to make the excuse that "things have been hectic" and that the funds aren't available for $995 dollars owed. The company doesn't have $995 dollars in the bank?
My son is 16. He has more than that in the bank from working a part time job after school. Maybe he should step up and take over the control of the company from Krauza and Ferras.

A short while ago i invested a sum of money into this "new" network marketing company which sells "calling cards" there company is ran on "mobile marketing" , basically how i was told the company works is that you sign up into there pyramid scheme. starting out you are required to sign up with a minimum amount of $295 which gives you a short code to text to "82222" and receive a text message back with a brief add and/or advertisement. I thought to myself this is a good company to invest into. Not knowing that the people who run this company including the owner Nicolas Yabar, are a bunch of power hungry, greedy, manipulative lying individuals with no morals who have built there so called "company" on lie's as well as ripping people off. There is a guarantee that you will not get a cent back from what you give to this company. There are several warnings posted online to watch out for Jim Ferras, Al Krauza and Nicolas Yabar who feign off taking peoples money with no shame and claiming they run a company. The company has changed its name numerous amount of times, i believe possibly because they have filed for bankruptcy or just had to because they had such a bad reputation. Real network marketing companies such as Mona Vie, Avon and Herbalife do not have a bunch of lying, manipulative, vindictive, scam artist's running a company stealing people's money and commissions and getting rich off peoples hard earned money they sweat and work hard for. The moral of this educating blog is PLEASE do not do business with the company "Biz82222" or Nicolas Yabar, Jim Ferras, and Al Krauza .. they should be ashamed of themselves. Invest your money into a real company, not a bunch of low life crooks.
