I tried the AloeRest.

Like most products of this type, it comes in a 2oz bottle. It's not like having to chug 8 oz of something...

I have a terrible time getting to sleep at night, but I can't take over the counter sleep aids because after a night or two they just have the opposite effect, I toss and turn and wake up feeling worse than I did when I started. Or, if I do sleep, I wake up still under the influence of whatever the ingredients are ( usually some decongestant that causes drowsiness ).

I tried the AloeRest with a bit of skepticism because it contains only natural ingredients - which sounds good in theory - but I didnt expect much in practice.

I drank one and in about 30 minutes I was out.  I slept the whole night, didnt wake up feeling fuzzy, just like I had a great nights sleep. I'd compare the sleep to that great nap you get after a turkey dinner - and coincidentally one of the ingredients is L-Tryptophan, which is what you get from dark turkey meat ( and even from warm milk ).

The other ingredients are Melatonin, Valerian, St. John's Wort, Magnolia Bark Extract. ( Valerian root always makes me think of the line from Fight Club "go chew some valerian root")

Anyway, the product works. I have used it  on a couple of different nights when I really needed to get to sleep, and it worked every time.

I haven't tried the AloeBoost, but I don't exactly need an extra boost to stay awake.

I  tried the samples at the request of a friend who is a distributor, I'm not a distributor, but you can get free samples here:
