For three years I have been using a free web traffic service to direct new traffic to my site.
The concept is very simple, and has been done by other companies, but this company has stood the test of time.

The way it works is, you go to the site, you enroll, you visit other sites and in turn fresh visitors come to yours. You get to create a unique free ad. If you refer others, you get multitier traffic. But again, it's free. So if you just want to get some fresh eyes on a site, either to view a promotion or test a click through rate or ROI or whatever, check it out.
