OROVO Partner Sued in NY Federal Court

Just picked this up on the internet.  

Garrett DeVore and Steven Devore ( Garrett is a partner in OROVO, Steven runs a review site called Sybervision ) were just sued for 500k ( half a million dollars ) in New York Federal Court.

Garrett Devore is the apparently silent partner in Orovo with Min Kim ( aka Paul Kim ).

Anyone know how to get a copy of this? It appears to be for copyright infringement.
