I'm a gushing Mom of two incredible boys ages 6 and 16 and boy do they keep me on my toes! For the past 12 years I've enjoyed a rewarding and successful career as an Elite Realtor. Even though I was a business owner and made my own hours, being on the road most of the day became a bit too hectic for me and let's face it...the Real Estate industry is not exactly thriving right now. As I thought about making a career change, I had a long list of criteria that needed to be met. I still wanted to remain a business owner, but without the corporate responsibilities, needed true flexibility in my schedule (not having to be on the road all day), had to be a place where my leadership and mentoring abilities would shine while helping others achieve their goals in life, I wanted the ability to make a substantial income (face it, it's not everything but, money is important ;-) and last but not least, I wanted to have FUN!! I knew that this was something that I would really enjoy, since I loved jewelry...what girl doesn't like (quality) jewelry?
