Tahitian Noni Receives IHS Award for 3rd Straight Year

Provo, Utah March 01, 2012 -- Interactive Health Solutions (IHS) recently announced its list of ?Healthiest Companies in America? for 2012. For the third year in a row, Tahitian Noni International (TNI) was chosen from over 1,400 corporations in the United States as one of the ?Healthiest Companies in America.? The award recognizes the health and well-being of employees and encourages corporations and individuals to take responsibility for their health. Companies throughout the nation participated in a series of evaluations using an index of health indicators established by IHS.
Joseph A. O'Brien, President and CEO of IHS stated, ?On average, employers offering the IHS performance-based program reduced their health care costs by 8.4 percent year over year, while 81 percent of enrolled employees achieved or exceeded wellness goals.?
"We've tracked over 36 million data points to deliver analysis and benchmarks against national norms and peer groups," said O'Brien. "'Healthiest Companies in America' recognizes those companies that do an outstanding job encouraging employees to engage with these programs. We offer employers a performance-based program that is designed to measure, monitor and reward individuals who are improving their health and meeting or exceeding their goals. Performance-based programs are having a positive impact on the employer's bottom line as well as employee health," concluded O'Brien.
