Mannatech Enters Into Agreement to Improve Distribution

  COPPELL, Texas, Jul 02, 2012 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Mannatech, Incorporated, the leading innovator and provider of naturally sourced supplements based on Real Food Technology(R) solutions, and Integrated Distribution and Logistics Direct, LLC (doing business as SP Express), are pleased to announce that they have entered into a services agreement that will expand Mannatech's warehousing and distribution reach from one Dallas-based warehouse to add two additional strategically placed distribution centers on both the East and West coasts. SP Express will provide warehousing and fulfillment services for Mannatech, which the company believes will result in reduced costs and improved service to its U.S. independent distributors and customers.
