Scentsy Inc., an Idaho-based party plan company, has announced plans to open a new distribution center in Lexington that will create 70 to 100 new jobs by the end of 2009. Scentsy specializes in scented, wickless candles that are heated in decorative ceramic warmers. The company has more than 35,000 independent consultants who sell its products.
