Over 500 entries from various organizations and industries were submitted for this year's competition, which includes 27 categories for customer service professionals, Contact Center of the Year, Customer Service innovation, as well as Customer Service Department of the Year. In addition, there are 41 categories ranging from Global Sales Leader of the Year, to Department of the Year.
