MonaVie LLC (www.monavie.com), creator of the leading nutritional açai blend beverage, announced today that the trademark lawsuit brought against it by California-based Imagenetix, Inc. (www.imagenetix.net) has been dropped. The two companies reached an agreement late last week and all claims against MonaVie have been dismissed.
