    We all need better nutritional foods that help our mind's and body's grow.
    Pros:
    Receiving two meals a day and getting all 43 essential nutrients, 20 protein and fiber, and the omega 3's every day. Not Vitamins Pill.
    Cons:
    This is on Children's Supplements Vitamin
    Vitamins are filled with; "Glucose Syrup, Sucrose, Tricalcium Phosphate, water; less Than 2% of Artificial Flavor, Citric Acid, FD&C RED #40, FD&C YELLOW 6, Maqui Berry Juice Concentrate (color), Pectin, Sodium Citrate, Vitamin D3(Cholecalciferol).
