Good post Daniel.

My only concern is micromanagement.

The talk about prohibiting the use of the term MOXXOR on the internet is prohibitive.  None of the major companies in the direct sales / network marketing space put that kind of restriction in place.

With the business experience displayed in the bios, I would think the team would have a better understanding of the positives and negatives of the internet - and react accordingly.  There's no way to lock down all use of a term, and no one would suggest that, unless they had a vested interest in it somehow. Like if you were the guy policing the internet, and you wanted job security.  You'd have plenty of job security, because all you'd have to do all day is go looking for posts and firing off threatening letters.  Net effect *Zero* except to piss off your average distributor and do the opposite of what you want - which is get your name branded into as many minds as possible, in a positive way, by people posting their good experiences and belief in the company.

They should deal with actual issues that have a possible negative impact. I'm not a distributor (yet) because I'm waiting to see how some of this settles out. 

The latest word that I have heard is that not only is the use of the product or logo prohibited anywhere on the internet, but even the word MOXXOR. I hope I'm wrong, that would be a incredibily prohibitive policy and the only one benefiting would be the one paid to police it.  

Out of curiousity Daniel, what kind of signup numbers are you seeing and who is your primary upline in the company?

Because we are going to grow so quickly, we can't take any chances with people making claims online. The FDA has become a very strict entity because of companies that are careless in their online presence.

Please feel secure that regardless of the restrictions on the name itself, we are still allowed to market online! As long as no claims are made, you will be okay.

If you look at my site, it still gets 50-100 visits an hour with people searching for the product and opportunity. 

The advantages of Team MoxStar are many, but one of the most important ones are the fact that we are going to grow as a community. Which means, I can only manage a certain amount of business owners at one time so if you are willing to take the responsibility of a leader, I will be more than happy to help you grow your business by giving you prospective new members and add them to your downline.

Please realize that I am not approaching this as an "opportunity", but a real business that just happened to cost me under $1,000! And you should be too, because if it's done any other way, there will be more bumps on the road than with whatever your trying to get out of right now.

Don't let the rules hold you back as an entrepreneur! We can still grow at a faster rate than the "other" companies and achieve the 2 billion dollars in two years. Another reason why we need strong leadership to help new business owners.

If you ever considered owning a McDonald's or any other popular franchise for that matter. Consider this, because there are no limitations for growth, territories, or earnings. I am not a distributor for Moxxar. I am half way impressed w/ the my moxxar website.

A few quick question.
Dan, so what are your enrollment numbers with 50-100 people visiting an hour? I noticed you didn't really want to answer the question. I guess that is up to you, but the question is a fair one. Care to share. 

Anyone, so why is this mussel extract better than another green lipped extract I can buy from NZ. A quick google search tells me I can buy 100 of the mussel and 100 caps of grape seed extract for about $20 each. I gather Moxxar is 60 caps for $50.  A 100 count of Moxxar would be about $84. Direct from NZ from Google search would be only $40. Seems like this is 2x as expensive to me.   Am I missing something? or is this just MLM pricing and the cost of the opportunity?  Please don't go into the quality control, etc. All cos. would have that that are exporting. I'd like to have this answered so I could proceed with confidence if I chose to.

Anyone, does the marketing site cost anything monthly?

Aside from buying $850 + of product, what must one do to earn 15%?

I can't believe anyone is doing 50 to 100 searches an hour for MOXXOR. At least not yet. Even if MOXXOR explodes and becomes the next big company, that would still be an absurd number of hits for a nitch company.  And for you to be getting that many hits, they would have to be doing multiples more of that - because your page isnt top ranked for that keyword.

50 to 100 an hour is absurd.  http://www.mlmrankings.com/moxxor/ is the top ranked page for the phrase MOXXOR on Google.  I've emailed them and asked them if they will report how many hits they are seeing per day for MOXXOR. They would have to be seeing thousands if that were the case.

If I'm wrong, could you post your server logs, which would show the number of searches and source ( Google, Yahoo, etc )

I'm also curious about the number of conversions you are seeing. If you were converting even a fraction of 100 an hour, you're set for life.

Yeah, I saw those. Those are the brand new policies.

When I wrote my other posts, MOXXOR was not allowing any use of the term MOXXOR anywhere on the internet.  It seems like they either got some good advice or reconsidered that policy and issued an update ( Friday, according to the guy trying to recruit me into the company ).

I think that new policy makes way better sense. You WANT your name out there.  It increases brand awareness and BUZZ.

Which upline are you working with?

The numbers I gave were based on an average, my page has been getting an overwhelming amount of hits because it is placed in the third or fourth position in several key words. Your assumptions are based on ONE keyword, and because MoxStar is optimized with more than simply one, we are able to double, or triple the traffic from a single keyword.

Conversion ratios have been low, simply because it has been out for less than a week ( on Sat. Sept. 27th ) and there is not much understanding of the product or compensation plan. Just compare it to MonaVie, they did not get mainstream until several months after their official launch. Keep in mind that Jared and I are trying to build an organization that supports the new business owner and the MoxStar.com site had to be launched prior to it's completion. 

The answer to your question is found in the ingredients of MOXXOR. If you do a google.com search for "ingredients in MOXXOR" you will see MoxStar is ranked first. The price is not $84 at all, it's $60 and the amount of concentrate you get per serving is much higher than any other product that you can buy.

The replicated site does not cost anything monthly, there is a fee of $50 a year to have the site and back-office. The $850 Pro Pack gives you the ability to earn more from your team sales, this is not a requirement. I chose to order the Pro Pack and I will be posting pictures tomorrow with a detailed review of the quality.

The number of hits is irrelevant and is not what I stated. Considering the fact that MOXXOR is 6 days old MoxStar.com is getting an amazing amount of traffic. Also consider that MoxStar.com is optimized for several keywords and I am active in several forums that increase the amount of visitors to the site that cannot be included in the amount of searches google performs. 

Consider as well, other search engines. I have been tracking alot of traffic from DogPile.com, Yahoo.com, and Altavista.com

Okay,  that makes more sense as far as searches. I thought you were saying 50-100 people an hour were searching for MOXXOR specifically and finding your page.  My bad.

I don't think that price point is too bad.  If its 20 bucks for green lip mussel extract, and 20 for antioxidant, I'm not against spending 50 ( wholesale for a distributor, right? ) for a product with a higher concentration.

$60 retail is not bad either. Besides, I think most people are going to participate as distributors anyway. When I make a final decision, I don't see an issue paying the distributor fee so I can buy the product for $10 less every month.

And I believe that the antioxidant and omega 3 awareness right now is huge.  Almost everyone I know takes or drinks some for of antioxidant, and I know several people taking omega 3 fish oil capsules.
