Prai Beauty is a product line of cosmetics, fragrances and anti-aging formulas geared mostly for women. The name comes from the main ingredient in the anti-aging creams—the prai root. This botanical comes from Thailand and has been used by the monks of that country for centuries as a skin restorer and revitalizier.  Prai Beauty combines this root extract with other ingredients to formulate their line of cosmetics and beauty products.

Founded in 1999, their website states that "PRAI focuses on the beauty needs and wants of women: individual products and daily regimens that help skin feel and look better, that help thwart the effects of environmental and personal stress, that minimize the appearance of lines and wrinkles, and that offer affordable and realistic alternatives to costly cosmetic surgery and procedures."  The products are to be used daily to cleanse, moisturize and tone the skin, and are purchased based on the customer's skin type.

Their products are sold primarily in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada and Germany. They are marketed on television shows such as QVC and HSN, but also through the website, as well as qualified distributors and retailers. The televised spokeswoman is the founder Cathy Kangus.

According to the website, Prai Beauty Group, Incorporated "has earned an international reputation for exceptional quality and performance. Using the latest innovations in skin care -- including our well-known "second skin" technology -- and incorporating the finest ingredients…" All of the products are manufactured in the United States and follow strict governmental  laboratory guidelines to ensure their quality under sanitary conditions.

The website is mostly concerned with promoting the product line more than any financial opportunity. That is almost a side note. In fact, at one point, it states that line of beauty products is only available through televised marketing shows and on their website. It doesn’t specify how a distributor or retailer becomes "qualified" to promote or sell Prai Beauty products.
