It isn't a 5 Pillars company.

The 5 Pillars that you need to look for when you join a company are:

Pillar #1:  Management experience with integrity.  (policy and procedures)

Pillar #2:  Timing in the company, timing in the industry (2 years or longer)

Pillar #3:  Remarkable consumable product.

Pillar #4: Compensation plan that pays the part-time person.

Pillar #5: Proven duplicateable system.  (coach and mentoring)

I know it is missing Pillar #2, and I haven't looked at the policy and procedures.  If a company is going to fail, it will be within the first 2 years.

Before I joined any company, I would need to look at the Pillar #1 (policy and procedures).  If a company is missing Pillar #1, you need not look any further.  If the policy and procedure are more than 5 pages long, the company is trying to hide something in legalese.

Wow, I'm really sorry about that...good thing to know though.  All I did was a google search went directly to the Synaura website and quoted.  Someone may want to look into that, if others are doing what I did, they will be finding the same outdated material.

Five Pillars?

Five Pillars according to who? You may as well say "it isn't a five potato chips and hamburger company". Or "I rate this company two monkeys and a half banana". It's absolutely meaningless without a reference to what expert claims the above, and the credentials of the expert.

 Most likely written by a company that conveniently fits all five pillars as part of their own promo materials.

Most experts ( i.e. people actually making a living promoting an MLM company full time ) in the industry will tell you that most of the big success stories come from people who get involved with a company early, before momentum.

What exactly are you promoting? Your link goes to a page that tells you absolutely nothing about what it is you are selling. Pillar Number 6 should be: Marketing or Funnel Pages without any info about the company means the company is trying to hide something. If it

If the policy and procedure are more than 5 pages long, the company is trying to hide something in legalese.

That's also a ridiculous generality. You should read the policies and procedures for the company, not just judge them by how many pages. A one page policy might say "The company reserves the right to terminate you and your position and seize your kidneys at any time." That doesn't make them good policies and procedures.

Well, according to your list.........the only one Synaura is missing would be pillar #2 and let us be sure and clarify one very important point here.........

Every successful, lucrative company in history was at one point lacking in pillar #2 and make no mistake about it, those that got involved early on with these new companies that were in fact stellar companies.........they most definitely saw that involvement pay off in a huge way!
