    • Cool FB friend technique

      Hey all!

I just started doing this, and it's working pretty well. Thought I'd share it with you.

When I get added as a friend on FB, I've started sending a quick introductory video to them. It's only about a minute and a half long, and it's just a "hi, thanks, check out my blog" video.

Was pretty nervous, but I've gotten a lot of positive comments like "liked the video, cool idea".

So, when added I send a quick message like this:

"Hey , thanks for adding me!  See you're with , how long you been with them?  I send all my new Friends this quick video to get to know me a bit!

      http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D4lb1k8tZA0

Obviously, I look at their profile first, and personalize it a bit... but instead of typing over and over, I can see who they are, find something to break the ice, and forward my video!

      Use as you wish!

      Jon
