      Bamboopink is a new direct sales division of JudeFrances.

      Here's what they have going for them:

      A company with a successful business history

      Experienced management

      Some people are bashing the company on different forums saying its a "scam" because there have been a few hiccups rolling out the new comp plan, but let me tell you - the products are great and have a great success history, and every rep is getting paid.

      Every company is going to have disgruntled reps. The Internet makes it easy for anyone who gets their feelings hurt to post and trash a company. Search engines make it easy to get your bitching and moaning to the top of a list.

      I haven't seen one solid complaint about this company.

      They are highly ranked on MLMRankings.com. They are growing like crazy.

      Hi Abbey, thank you for introducing them. As is customary for me to do, I'd like to do a quick profile in a separate thread on these guys, since we don't seem to have much info on them here atm. I will definitely give you credit for bringing them up though. Thanks :)

      Your joking right? This company is a huge waste of time. Are you a rep with the company, or just going by your assumptions?? No one is saying it is a scam per say, but that depends on your definition of a scam. If your definition of a scam is just not getting paid, then I guess it's not a scam, but here is what you need to know and these are legit complaints, I know because I was a former rep with them that opted out. I can tell you what is wrong with this company. Here goes: 

       

      • Policies and Procedures changed 9 times 
      • Compensation plan changed 3 or 4 times 
      • Return policy changed AFTER reps started returning kits due to broken, tarnished and missing pieces. These kits are NOT cheap, and compared to other jewelry party plan type companies, they are the MOST expensive out there. 
      • Conference calls had mis-communications every week, it was so bad that corporate had to apologize for the misinformation and it was posted in the back office. But they continued to allow any joe blow to do a conference call.
      • They paid consultants LATE and by priority. So if you purchased the highest price kit at $1000 you got paid in the first check run. If you got any of the second kits you got paid on the second check run, if you just sold a piece of jewelry or purchased a piece of jewelry as to not get compressed out of the system, you got paid LAST. This is a wrong way to do things IMO. 
      • Pieces that were supposed to be available by yesterday, are still unavailable, I saw two complaints on the corporate page yesterday saying they had customers that wanted to purchase the pieces that would be available on the 15th, and they were told by corporate that these pieces were still unavailable and wait it gets better, they don't know when it will be available. Isn't that lovely? Consultants want to close out parties and they are being told to keep them open indefinitely. That's nice (sarcasm)if your customers actually want to wait......
      • Here is a fact they have gone from 25,000 consultants to 525. They currently have just half of that 525 now. If they were so great...why did everyone leave?? 
      • If you check the bamboopink corporate fan page the numbers go down DAILY. They were over 5000 fans and they currently have under 5000 and the numbers continue to drop. 
      • Have you checked the Zasha website that sells the JudeFrances line? Have you yourself tried to purchase a piece?? Just test it out when you have a free chance. I did. Nothing on that website is available for purchase. It' a joke. 
      • If you wanted to offer FREE signups for your company, expect it to grow rapidly, and be prepared!! They only have THREE people in the office doing all the work. They are constantly behind in getting to your emails and concerns!! Why on earth if these women are MILLIONAIRES so they say can't they hire more people to get this business running more effectively??
      • Have you read their PRIVACY POLICY? "We additionally share, trade, rent, license, and/or sell this information to third parties that we believe offer products, services, and/or opportunities that are consistent with your desire to be financially secure and/or independent. Note that if you voluntarily provide us with Personally Identifiable Information, you consent to our sales, trade, rent, license, use, and storage of the information."
      • They admitted to not doing a quality control check on the jewelry like they claimed they would, and if they were so business savvy smart you would think they would, as to not have this issue of returning kits to everyone!!! 
      • The return policy now after this fiasco allows you to only get RETAIL CREDIT instead of an actual refund. So if you find the pieces to be poor low quality, and you want your money back, don't hold your breath. Instead you can get more crappy jewelry!! 
      • Is the website state of the art? No. Does it work properly? No. Is there enough training resources in the back office? No. Do they upload the recorded conference calls to the back office immediately? No, sometimes it takes days. Do they update the conference call schedule in the back for a new month? Yes, days AFTER the new month has started. 
      • Do they answer your emails? Some get immediate responses (those high in the food chain) and others don't get responses till days, sometimes weeks later. 

       

      I can go on and on and on...these are not just bogus claims! These are REAL CLAIMS by real consultants just like me! I opted out because I was sick of the misinformation on calls. I can't work that way. 

       

      Good luck to people that still have "faith" and believe this company will "turn around". Hopefully you will be smart and just get out, spend your money on a company that has there stuff together!!!!

      Abbey have you read the F.A.Q on the MLM Company ranking system??

       

      What is the purpose of this site?

      To offer a representative list of MLMs and compare them based on public interest.

      How is public interest determined?

      By search queries done on the major search engines every thirty day period.

      Why do I see closed companies included in the list?

      Even closed companies will still generate residual searches by people looking for historical info on the company.

      Why post this information?

      We think this information is of general interest to people involved with MLM andhome based businesses. Companies often post their own press releases and say things like 'Number One MLM in the Country' or claiming they have the most public 'buzz' about their products or service. Public interest through search engine queries is very difficult to manipulate.

      If a company ranks very high, or very low, does that mean they are good or bad?

      Public interest does not in any way represent the *quality* of the company, just the general buzz and penetration into the market by name recognition and general interest.

       

      This site means NOTHING!!!! Lol...If you are going to join a company based on this, have fun with that!!!! Bamboopink is going up in search ranks because they are posted about daily by people who were burned by this company!!! That's why they are going up in the search ranks. Wow...I guess I will sign up with a company based on "interest"...Good or BAD!!

      This company has "interest" because they are a terrible company!!!! That's all!! Not a shocker!!!
