Belcorp Review
Anyone ever hear of Belcorp? Apparently I have overlooked this company anytime I glance at the mlm frontier, but somehow they have existed in some form or another for the last 40 years. They are officially known as Belcorp USA, and originally began in Peru back in 1987. The company recently set up shop in San, Francisco CA at the end of the last decade, and have plans to expand across North America. You can take a look at their web site here http://www.belcorp.biz/en/wearebelcorp/index.html . With so many new mlms springing from the well while simultaneously exiting equally as fast each year, its not only hard to lose track of who seems to be successfully moving at a constant pace. Belcorp actually maintains over 800,000 reps and employees across 15 different countries; though you might never know it since there hasn't been much talk about them at all this year. Most of the company's own North American web sites are still in development, and understandably, the deeper I go, the more content is in Spanish and other Latin languages, though I'm certain that as time passes there will be more English information available. The company has amassed corporate sales of $600 million worldwide, and remain the third largest cosmetic company in Latin America. You may have heard of some of their product lines, which include L’Bel Paris, Esika, and Cyzone. Product types include personal care products such as: facial and body treatments, make-up, and various fragrances, which are sold directly to customers by a network of over 650,000 consultants via product catalogues. Like most companies of this type, Belcorp offers products designed for specific uses, some of which include damaged hair and skin. "Ligne Experte" is a shampoo designed to repair broken hair follicles which are often severed due to hair devices such as irons, dryers and even chemicals. According to Belcorp, this product can repair and fortify hair fibers, restoring them from brittle, to healthy and strong. Another product covers the anti-aging industry, and by now I definitely feel as though it qualifies for the title of industry. That product is called "Regression Body" a skin wrap said to prevent the aging by wrapping the body in a hydroelastic film..... I am having a hard time with this one, because my mind is showing me a giant body condom, like the one used by Leslie Nielsen and Priscilla Presley in The Naked Gun. It could be effective, but it seems awfully gimmicky in its description. The company hasn't officially launched in the United States yet, and there is no information regarding when the actual compensation plan and business model is released, let alone the contents. One might presume since the company is well established and seems to be respected that it will be a solid investment for anyone looking to break free of the traditional companies that have consistently dominated the market. I don't know how much room there is for yet another cosmetic and wellness product company, but one comfort for entrepreneurs is that there will always be one, no matter what part of the world, or what shape its economy is in.
