The company is Adaptogenix. (Google it) It’s a MLM company. Ok I know MLM. I have heard of them, and want nothing to do with them. That’s what I said to. When my son signed my wife and I up a couple of months ago. I asked him what makes this one different from all the rest of them. He then goes on about the leadership at the top Andrew Rinehart (Google him). And other names I don’t remember. They are all heavy hitters in the industry. (To tell you the truth I was not really listening I just wanted to make him happy he has been threw a lot the past couple of years). How all these people have come to this company, because they all think that this is the one company that can truly separate themselves from all the rest.
Then he goes on about the products that the have. Energy drinks, and coffee, stuff to make my mind better Renu iQ. (Still not listening wondering how the NY Mets are doing). Then he starts in on the compensation plan. (Ok I better start to listen this is the important part on how I make money) There are five ways to earn commissions.
 1.     Retail Sales
Gather customers who order from your website and you earn the commissions.
2.     Fast Start Bonuses
Help to expand the company by sponsoring new distributors, and earn a fast start bonus commission every time a new personally sponsored distributor places an order at the time they enroll.
3.     Monthly Matrix Royalties
As you begin to sponsor new distributors and they in turn sponsor distributors, etc (and everyone gathers customers) these people fall into a grid we call our 3x12 Matrix. You earn monthly royalties on product re-orders of both customers and distributors through a full 12 level organization. There are three ways people "fill up" this 3x12 level matrix: 1) you sponsor people there, 2) the people you sponsor there sponsor people there, 3) the people up-line of you sponsor people and "spill" them under you.

5.     Leadership Global Bonus
