DCD launched officially in March 2007 as DOVE Chocolate At Home.
We started in NJ and PA. It took 2 years of "test parties and test
marketing" of the concepts before going live. The first 15
chocolatiers were all Mars employees!

In May 2008 the company went National, before that point we were
only open in approx. 15 states, all on the East Coast. Since that
time we have grown from the 19 chocolatiers to over 800! That being said there is still
tons of room for growth, and some states have barely any chocolatiers
still.

the funds, marketing channels, and knowledge to propell this company
into a giant in the industry!
Despite a tough economy the premium chocolate market actually has
grown, it is one of the very few to do so in recent months. It feels
good to know we are in the right place at the right time.
I have had the benefit of watching the company develop, and from
the marketing materials such as the catalogs, to the product line, I
can tell you we have made huge strides in such a short time.
