This seems pretty typical if Synaura and Elur have closed. Usually it's called a 'lateral transfer' and the goal is to bring in the reps and their downlines.
What's not typical is that it's being done by Dan Maltais, who from the information I've read is the one responsible for the closure of Elur and for the refunds that are owed.
Has anyone successfully received a refund? Is Dan Maltais a California resident?
