ACN Telecommunications
Well, I'm back. I've said it before, and I'll say it again people, the ACN saga here continues unfortunately, as now I have a new freshly arrived bill to deal with and am pretty much losing my temper trying to get it all squared away. For those of you that haven't read my other post, I made a go at using ACN's services, and could not possibly think of anything worse to say about it aside from that they are nazis. They aren't really nazis obviously, but I'm pretty ticked. If you're STILL considering ACN, I would definitely recommend making a wiser, more informed choice. Even if you don't go by all my bitching, just read some reviews, some consumer reports, and a few complaints. These aren't just people trying to up the desire for the competition, these reports are completely valid going by my own experience. This could have been an awesome company, IF they really did have something to offer aside from the over priced pos video phone, and an actual working business model. For those of you that haven't heard of them, ACN Telecommunications is a North Carolina based company that attempts to sell telecommunications services like telephone, high speed Internet, and home security (I can't imagine how secure those people are). ACN was founded by Greg Provenzano, Robert Stevanovski, Mike Cupisz and Tony Cupisz. As I stated in my other post, I was looking for a new wireless plan, I tried ACN, and their version of a "functioning" customer service department was just awful. I busted my butt trying to recruit, and unfortunately; did manage to get a few people I thought I was helping out on board, but managed to help them accrue some debt as well, and I'm still apologizing for it. I had to go crazy and put in a ton of hours just to make a little cash, it would be easier working 9-5 trust me. Now I mentioned elsewhere that there were some fees that came later, making the bill jump up, well it hasn't ended there. I spent almost an hour on the phone with AT&T, only to find out that it WAS ACN that caused the bill to go up. Upon quitting and managing to get that straightened out, I just got another bill for April services...WTF? Its as if they said: "Yeah your all set, your plan and membership is canceled" but I was the only one who knew it.
