      Looks like the FTC and past Health Claim issues caught up with ITV Direct / ITV Ventures and Donald Barrett:

      ITV Ventures Closes

      The Beverly, Mass company ( ITV Direct ) and Donald Barrett and Kevin Trudeau ( long time infomercial guru ) all got slapped by the Federal Trade Commission.
