Now I really expected more out of all of you folks since I made this last post, and here it is, an empty thread even after I offered you the best possible way to manage your extra money. Hello to you Arthur, I wonder if it would be ok for me to present to you some of the questions I have gathered about American communications Network in order to get some answers from a true ACN rep such as yourself. You see I have been unable get a response from ACN and since you have such great pride and confidence in your company I know that I can count on you for a response my friend!

My first question is in the return policies of ACN , it comes to my attention that several members had attempted to cancel their membership and return their products which in some cases totaled close to $800, and were told they could not cancel after 3 days. It took longer than 3 days for the merchandise to be shipped to them, leaving it virtually impossible to return products to ACN. On top of this, there is also a $190 cancellation fee, could you please explain to me how this can be?

In regard to American Communications Network training, I have heard that ACN offers and suggests in its membership details that members receive this, however when events are actually attended,they are in fact pep rallies, with little to no actual training involved, is this true?

ACN is charging $400 for your popular video phone, but it is becoming increasingly evident that the same product can be bought for $100 and with cheaper rates. As people are learning this, they choose to leave ACN, and upon doing so call to ask permission to sell their phone to other members, but ACN says the phones are permanently programmed to specific numbers, leaving them useless once the plan is canceled, Is this not true?

There are rumors that American Communications Network has had several issues with high pressure salesman, to the point of law enforcement getting involved. Such complaints include phone calls at early hours in the morning, phone calls at work even when no work number was given to the rep. In one case, an individual known as Mark Speros, the CEO of PC Help Desk (similar to Geek Squad) ran a computer shop in which he placed adds to hire some help for his personal computer repair business, however when applicants showed up for their interviews, they were instead treated to a lecture and pep talk about American Communications Network. Does ACN have strict policies that govern and monitor within reason, the behavior of its representatives?
