I was looking up stuff on Kaching Kaching today and see that their facebook page says:

Kaching Kaching Recently acquired Shop To Earth/Shop To Earn, bringing 2300 more retail companies to offer almost every product anyone would purchase online.
We are selling products from Retailers like Walmart.com, Safeway.com, Overstock.com, Target.com, Expedia.com, Best Buy.com and so many more

I remember Shop to Earn was a shopping MLM and went to their website and found this strange notice.

Can someone enlighten me about what this means?

Any shopping transactions that were made from the KACHING KACHING site on the (My Store, Retail Mall or Green Mall) a.k.a kCKC/STE Malls will be handled by AdJuice/KACHING KACHING.  

Also for any questions concerning your Cash Back or Commissions please contact AdJuice directly.

If you feel that these concerns are not being addressed in a timely manner you may want to contact your State's Attorney General and/or the Federal Trade Commission ftc.gov and file a complaint as these could be serious issues.
