This deal was dead on arrival.
The CEO and CFO of Kaching Kaching / AdJuice recently filed resignations and paperwork with the SEC.
None of the Henderson Nevada phone numbers for Kaching Kaching, AdJuice, or BeyondCommerce seem to be working.

Hmm, can't say I'm terribly surprised. I think a lot of us saw this one on its way for awhile, but always good to get a little confirmation. :)
