Is this the exact same company that was around in 2000 called "Harvest America" then later "Harvesting America" after a class action lawsuit against Consumer Buyline, and then was reported as closed?

From the Class Action lawsuit:
Consumers' Buyline, Inc. advertises that members can obtain discounts on products and services. Such as exclusive low prices on over 250,000 National Brand name products and 5% discounts on airline tickets. Membership in CBI also entitles the member to purported discounts on purchases from an exclusive skin care company. Consumers' Buyline, Inc. also offers members a discount of 1% of the purchase or sale on "virtually" any home. Consumers' Buyline's standardized promotional literature and sales presentations describe several of these "product service providers," through which its members are required to purchase in order to obtain discounts and rebates, including PPI and "Harvest America", a mail order grocery service. Consumes' Buyline, Inc. claims to have made special "exclusive" arrangements with these services. Membership in CBI entitles the member to the supposed benefits available through PPI. The "Harvest America" another services generally require additional fees.

Any idea what happened to Frederick Weih's other companies? TapCity and Celestial Harvest?
From the original "Harvesting America" website:
Mr. Weih has 15 years of experience in developing e-commerce and mail order grocery shopping. His working prototypes give him the experience and maturity to bring this concept to the next level. Over 100 newspaper articles, studies and industry reports have been written about Mr. Weih's home shopping concepts and working prototypes. No other individual has been involved in modern home grocery shopping longer than Mr. Weih.
As co-founder of Harvesting America, Mr. Weih directs idea conception, plus the day to day operations, supplier networks, and public relations. Under his leadership, mail order grocery shopping has grown from a visionary idea in 1986 to a national e-commerce consumer movement today. Prior to founding Harvesting America, Mr. Weih has served as President of Celestial Harvest, Harvest America and Executive Vice President of Tapcity.com. Mr. Weih served his country with the United States Military Academy Band at West Point.
