    success is predicated on team building.
    Pros:
    1) diverse workout-at-home programs to choose from
    2) nutritional supplements pre and post workout recovery
    3) get from the very start your own TBB (team beachbody) coach to guide you (free)
    4) weekly success stories for additional inspiration.
    Cons:
    beachbody only works if you are serious, and have the RESOLVE to start and finish.
