I have been involved with Thirty-One since June 2010. What started out as a way to earn just a little extra income and enjoy consultant discounts has evolved into so much more. Cindy Monroe and the entire Thirty-One team have dedicated themselves to celebrating, encouraging and rewarding women. They offer so many incentives and rewarding compensations to their entire sales field with unlimited training to help us grow our businesses with no limits. It's the little things that make them so unique like receiving calls to congratulate me on submitting a $1000+ party or providing me with a professional leadership coach to help me become a better director. I never intended to get into leadership when I first began but their compensation and leadership incentives make it almost impossible not be successful in this business.
