THE TIPPING POINT

The Tipping Point for me came as I was approaching fifty, paying the price for spending decades sitting behind a desk. Out of shape and overweight and diagnosed with high cholesterol and high blood pressure, the person that looked at me in the mirror every morning was a far cry from the young man who used to run marathons and 10k races. The guy in the mirror looked OLD. I knew I had to change.

My wife and I joined Team Beachbody and made the change together, beginning with P90X and then Insanity, all the while drinking Shakeology. My results were outstanding, I lost 40lbs in 8 months, lowered my cholesterol and high blood pressure, started looking at those races again AND..

….woke up every morning to see a fit, healthy and energetic man looking back at me in the mirror.

NEVER SETTLING FOR ANYTHING LESS THAN THE BEST

With optimal health often comes clarity of thought. I recognized at that point in my life the importance of engaging in meaningful interactions with people and never settling. I began to rethink my priorities – after having overcome the challenges as a young man of raising three daughters as a single dad while attending architecture school, I realized the time for settling had past. Today I work with my coaches and team members at Team Beachbody to help them:

✔ Achieve Optimal Health;
✔ Set and Realize Fitness Goals;
✔ Be Positive and Energetic; and
✔ Set and Realize their Financial Goals.
