About Me Ralph has been a leader in sales and personal development for most of his adult life. Leading his first sales team at the age of 18 in telemarketing team, Ralph enlisted in the US Air Force but remained active in sales during his service. After completing his term of service Ralph returned to his home town in Wisconsin where he lead a sales team at his family owned Auto Dealership coaching and mentoring salespeople to attain national recognition. In 1998 Ralph decided to follow his passions into the real estate industry where Ralph led his market as a mortgage loan officer and later as a real estate agent and broker. Ralph currently owns a franchise of one of the fastest growing real estate brands in the nation as well as a property management company and a regionally recognized property development brand. While reaching success in real estate, Ralph recognized through coaching salespeople that the barriers of entry in direct selling are lower than ANY OTHER business with earning potentials that are higher than most traditional businesses.
