I just finished reading T Harv. Eker's Book- Secrets of the Millionaire Mind

Amazing Book!

Got inspired, and wrote an email to my list, encouraging everybody to read this book, because this is something they'll NEVER teach you in schools and colleges you go, to get "educated"

Harv describes 17 "wealth files" which are simply the thought patterns, way a "millionaire mind" thinks, and how its different from the average guy, want to share 6 of these in this post.

1. Rich people say - "I create my life", Poor people say- "Life happens to me" simply put, people who are BROKE, are always whining, bitching & complaining about everything in their lives. They NEVER take personal responsibility of everything which happens in their life. They believe in LUCK...specifically, BAD LUCK...The rich, take control & command of their lives- their business, relationships, health...

2. To Win vs To Not-Lose- Rich people play to WIN, their DESIRE to win 100 times more powerful than the fear of failing. That's why, they take action, and they succeed and win eventually. Others, are too AFRAID to take any action...chicken littles...LOL!

3. Commitment vs Wish- Poor people just hope or wish to be rich. The Rich are committed to succeed. They HANDCUFF themselves to the business they are involved in, and the F.O.C.U.S- Follow One Course Until Successful Poor people just try...see if it works...and when they face a challenge, they quit.

4. Thinking Big vs Thinking Small- Generally, the rich have BIG DREAMS, poor people aim at just having enough money for getting-by, in your life. If you have big dreams, congratulations, you're one step closer, to becoming RICH.

5. Definition of problems- Poor people define problems as nothing but PROBLEM. I mean, just look up this word- PROBLEM, in the dictionary, its a HORRIBLE definition. Rich don;t call it problems, they call it situation, challenges, and opportunity! Look back into your life, whenever you've faced a problem, you've ALWAYS
learned a lesson, or gained something out of it...

6. Attitude towards the RICH- Here's the thing, look at a loser, who's BROKE, has no money, he'll always condemn the people who are RICH, "Oh rich people are just lucky" "rich people always remain unhappy" "they are uncouth/fraud/evil" The Rich, admire other rich people, they get inspiration, they observe other rich people and learn from them, read their books, listen to them...

2. Document sharing sites-  hey, you travel to give presentations and prospecting people, why don’t you make a presentation of yourself and your business, and share it on the document sharing sites like- slideshare, docstoc etc. Share stories, shar valuable content from your product. If you’re promoting a weight loss product,make a presentation on “HOW TO LOOSE WEIGHT” or a word document or PDF on the same topic, and share it on these sites. This will start to attract people who are interested in loosing weight to your presentation/document, and then you have a chance to sell your product to them. At the end of that presentation, just share your business opportunity and your products and your contact details, your social media links etc. 

3. Article directories - Let me tell you something, tens of thousands of people visit article directories like eazinearticles, goarticles etc. to get educated about various topics,  where they read high quality articles. Anyone can go and submit theirarticles. Why dont you produce some good content, a good article which is full of value, which is content rich, which can help people and related to your MLM product. You, know, people read your BIO/ABOUT THE AUTHOR section where you have a chance to tell the readers about your business opportunity and drive traffic to your website/social media accounts. And its free!

4. Blog - Blog is actually a hub of content, where you write your own content and share it with people. You are reading this blog right now, and you found this either on google search or social media site(FB, G+, Twitter, LInkedIN etc..). Blog can be like your business card, its one of the best ways to spread your message and express yourself and make people to get to know you, about your business opportunity etc. Many successful MLMers have blogs too. 

5. Shoot Videos - Speak your heart out. If you record everything that you talk about in your presentations and shoot a video and put it on YouTube, you can show it to the people who are sitting on the other end of the universe..Share tips, personal development stuff, and share your videos. Its a way to talk to people as if you’re talking to them one on one…

But I see 100s of these ads on Facebook groups related to internet marketing, mlm, make money online etc, which people post selling products which teach a skills like marketing, or making money from home etc..Here's the thing, if your product really works, do you have results to show? If you have, congratulations, because then it'll be a lot easier for you to sell these results and get more people in. I sponsored the first person on autopilot, because what I am learning at Empower Network really works, and then I showed me results to 2 other people who were looking forward to sponsor people in their business on the internet, without cold calling and home meetings and the painful stuff. Guess what, they just signed up! :) Do you understand how it works? You're probably thinking that you might need to change the company you are with, or the people you are with, and I am here to tell you that you're right.

3. Make your story- if you've seen those infomercials on television, which sell weight loss products and many other products, you know what I am talking about. If you have a weight loss product as your MLM business, in the last point I talked about getting results. So get your results, LOOSE WEIGHT, and then your "before" and "after" photos will compel people to buy from you. Similarly, if you've got any product which changed your business and your life, make a story, include your past and present, and compare them, and share this story when you talk to the people. Guys, facts tell, stories sell! People connect more with you if you share a story with them. Which is exactly what I am telling you to do!

4. Make an offer, Don't spam - Most people just spam their links into people's chats, and you know what, the moment you do this, the other person starts hating you down to the core, and you've lost all your chance to sell that product to that person. Get to know about him, his business, what he does, the problems he is facing, if you have a solution to their problem, GREAT! Make an offer by saying something like, "would you be open to watching a quick video which could help you? :)" This is not the best thing which you can say, but at least its not as repulsive as spamming paragraphs of text filled with the product info, comp. Plan, company details- hey, nobody cares! Because its called SPAMMING :)

5. Build relationship with them- You might face rejection, when somebody says NO to your offer, but that's okay, that's how the most successful person you know in this industry learnt, right? So instead of getting frustrated about it, and start criticizing the person and his deal and his business, try to learn from him. If he is a leader in his company, he will not join you, as of now. But guess what, he's a leader, and you can learn a lot of things from him. If he is someone who has just started, build friendship, it might help in future.
