The compensation plan is innovative. The biggest issue will be can the firm keep its spare and partime Representatives in place with the higher then average qualifications.

It's not just the enrollment fees and commissions. Its the qualification requirement too...

If you enroll and want to have the highest commission level ( 15% in the binary ) you must pay 1000.00 up front, and have 100.00 on monthly autoship.

After spending that, you must enroll two distributors, one on your left and one on your right, who are active with 80 PV ( 100.00 per month in Moxxor personal volume ). ( You said 'qualified' but they just have to be active.

One of the most troubling things I came across is that the owners participate in the comp plan.  That is, they are actually paid out from the binary volume as well as the distributors. At first, this sounds like a "cool, they succeed when we succeed scenario" but its really not.  That's faulty logic and the wrong spin to put on it.

Here's why:

There is a bonus pool and a cap on the binary of 50%.  If the owners hold the top 15 positions in the binary pyramid, all the volume flows through to them through multiple positions. Lets say there is a bonus pool of $20,000.  And its divided among the top distributor positions. You hit the top position ( not really possible with the owners in the binary, but follow the rest of the logic ) and you think you are going to get the lion's share of the bonus pool - but you don't, because the owners keep their percentage for each of the 'company spots' above you.

At the end of the day, its the owners choice to run the business however they want.  No one has to be a Moxxor distributor. But most companies do not participate in their own comp plan for this very reason - it smacks of nepotism within the company.  The company and owners, after all, are also heaping a huge reward on the sale of $60 bottles of supplements that likely have a marginal cost to manufacture.

Once the initial launch activity fades, and people start taking a cold hard look at it, this could become a real issue.  Plus, when people have that barrier to earning a commission - then learning they are playing against a stacked deck - its going to lead to distributors dropping out for a fairer commission proposition, even if the product doesnt have the same sizzle as Moxxor.

I don't think Moxxor will experience the explosive growth they predicted. I wouldn't be surprised if sales are already flattening, and this should be a total growth period. 

Time will tell. But my money is on a comp plan revision within six months. Even then, momentum will be lost.

I am in  Salvatore Cesareo's team. He was the first leader to join Moxxor.   I am in Las Vegas and he is coming to Vegas almost every Saturday to meet with us.  I even asked him on a Sunday to meet a couple of prospects with me and help me with them. He spoke to them and I was able to enroll them right away!  I know he is helping a lot of his people personally and via webinars and meetings at corporate, right now.  He is doing a lot of work on the payleg of his down line so they can see the money!  Moxxor is not a like winning the lotto, you have to put effort into it.  Even if the power leg becomes huge you still get paid on your payleg, (which is a reflection of your own direct effort).

As far as the money to pay up, where else can you start a business for a $1000? and the $100 authoship is worth every penny of it. you have to take MOXXOR to believe it for yourself then you share it.

I am not going to tell you what my site is or which leader to join, my suggestion is that you start taking MOXXOR to become a believer first.

I am fully qualified, am on the distributor lead page, and am receiving commissions.  I was eligible for my first commission last Sunday, but it takes ten days to post, so I don't have it yet.

I'm really grateful for this opportunity.  Forty people have been automatically added to my downline so far without my doing anything, and the three that I signed up I got from Mike Adams' lead page.

I joined the Natural News team on 9/25/08 and am at the top level of one of the legs. 

As of today (10/30/08) I've seen steady growth without much effort on my part and now have 43 people under me. 

I got some leads by appearing on the NN distributor page early and have so far signed up 3 Personally Enrolled people.

The buy in and enrollment criteria are a barrier to some, but these tend to be the people who are not very serious anyway.

Is anyone here in the Power Leg for any of the leaders?

My friend is in one of the 'Power Legs' for one of the leaders.  ( Mike, Fred and Julie, and Salvatore are the only leaders I know of, but I won't say which one ). He is not seeing much growth in the power leg. Only 10 people in the last couple of weeks.

Can anyone offer any actual numbers for the other power legs for the leaders? 

Has anyone found the buy in and the enrollment criteria to be a barrier to entry?

To qualify for commission you have to pay up to 1000.00 for product, plus be on autoship for at least 100.00 per month, plus have two people ALSO qualified. 

If you have actual numbers, please post, but no vague "my leaders are KILLING IT!" replies. I'm looking for honest substantiated numbers.

I just joined Mike Adams group on the 24th. I have used many products that Mike endorsed or recommended. All worked very well, including the vita-mix machine I use often.  I was very sick for some time, but thanks to Mike. I am 110% better. Its been life altering. As far as I know, this pretty much covers the leaders. I could be wrong, but when I personally met John Turner at the Moxxor office on Thursday (easy for me to get there for extra training because I live in Long Beach--close driving distance), he asked me, "Who's team are you on--Salvatore's? Fred and Julie's?" I said,

"I'm on Mike Adams's Natural News team." Then he said,

"Oh, you're on a great team! Mike Adams was just here this week." Interesting, I thought, because the Moxxor building is in Aliso Viejo, California, and I know Mike Adams lives in Tucson. He gets around--he's working VERY closely with the Moxxor founders.

Johnny Turner gave me a tour of the Moxxor-owned building and introduced me to different staff members. He's so kind! I'm so excited because he showed me the big room downstairs (still finishing construction in this room) that will be a big training room/theater with a stage for Distributors to attend training sessions. I just know it's going to be a wonderful room, and Moxxor is going to be doing some fantastic training in that theater. I can't wait to be a part of it!

Okay,  that makes more sense as far as searches. I thought you were saying 50-100 people an hour were searching for MOXXOR specifically and finding your page.  My bad.

I don't think that price point is too bad.  If its 20 bucks for green lip mussel extract, and 20 for antioxidant, I'm not against spending 50 ( wholesale for a distributor, right? ) for a product with a higher concentration.

$60 retail is not bad either. Besides, I think most people are going to participate as distributors anyway. When I make a final decision, I don't see an issue paying the distributor fee so I can buy the product for $10 less every month.

And I believe that the antioxidant and omega 3 awareness right now is huge.  Almost everyone I know takes or drinks some for of antioxidant, and I know several people taking omega 3 fish oil capsules.

Yeah, I saw those. Those are the brand new policies.

When I wrote my other posts, MOXXOR was not allowing any use of the term MOXXOR anywhere on the internet.  It seems like they either got some good advice or reconsidered that policy and issued an update ( Friday, according to the guy trying to recruit me into the company ).

I think that new policy makes way better sense. You WANT your name out there.  It increases brand awareness and BUZZ.

The number of hits is irrelevant and is not what I stated. Considering the fact that MOXXOR is 6 days old MoxStar.com is getting an amazing amount of traffic. Also consider that MoxStar.com is optimized for several keywords and I am active in several forums that increase the amount of visitors to the site that cannot be included in the amount of searches google performs. 

Consider as well, other search engines. I have been tracking alot of traffic from DogPile.com, Yahoo.com, and Altavista.com
