I'm a 7 year veteran in the network marketing industry. In transitioning to online marketing strategies due to the normal struggles to duplicate in my homebased business offline, I found the difficulties to be just as hard if not worse because of the learning curve online. Plus what most people don't realize, is the Internet as big as it is, is very competative. As an example, the seasoned marketers have built their brand and skills that make it very difficult for the inexperienced person to compete with. The difference in my success, especially lacking the time and skills, was using replicating systems to work for me totally automated, while i went about my daily routine. It eliminates the need to brand yourself, because when you have the correct system inplace, it makes you look like you know what you are doing! For a newbie or someone with lack of experience, this levels the playing field so that you aren't competing on social media platforms like Facebook or Youtube or Linkedin or even blogging. Since most people lack the skills to create an online presence, the right system is definately the answer because if it replicates...then it is duplicatable. I got online too late to prosper from email marketing, but discovered mobile marketing. The difference was for one it's at the forefront of online marketing so the timing is perfect, and the ability to comunicate with your leads is much better than using email. Think about it this way, if 97% of the people read a text message and 5% read your email, you are throwing out 95% of your advertising expenses including the time you spent generating those email leads. Mobile combined with the right system in place has made a huge difference in my results online. The communication gives you the ability to build a relationship with your leads for one, but the replicating system was the answer to all of my prayers. Look at it this way, you can make a better burger than McDonalds, yet you aren't rich right? They simply have a better system...A system that sells crappy burgers! See it doesn't matter what you sell either, because even if you had the cure to Cancer, it doesn't mean that you would be able to sell it! In short, the key to getting more results with your business online is having the right tools in place and the right marketing strategy.
